How Important Is It To Give Our Cells What They Need To Operate On Optimally?

Quite simply, the cell is the Basic Unit of Life. Groups of cells join together and form tissues; when one ‘group’ joins with other groups of tissues, together they form organs. When we are born, and as we grow older, those organs then become dependent on the health of the underlying cells.

When we starve the cells of the nourishment they need -- that is, when we fail to provide the proper “fuel” or nutrients the Creator designed for those cells and organs to utilize -- then we starve our organs of those necessary ingredients they desperately need in order to perform their functions at an optimal level and keep us in a state of good health. Continue this cycle for long and you start developing health problems as the organs become ridden with disease and start to fail… if not caught in time and reversed.
